The Bay Community Theatre is a non-profit organization, led by our General Manager, an assistant, and just a couple part-time employees. Much of what is done is the result of help from volunteers in our community!

We're very thankful for, and appreciative of our volunteers, who assist in keeping The Bay open 364 days each year!
